According to the different molding methods of plastic molds, the types of plastic molds corresponding to different technological requirements can be divided, mainly including injection molding plastic molds, extrusion molding plastic molds, compression molding plastic molds, blow molding plastic molds, blister molding plastic molds, high foaming polystyrene molding plastic molds, etc.
Plastic mold is a kind of mold used to produce continuous plastic products, also called extrusion molding machine head. The plastic mold and its corresponding production equipment are plastic mold extruders, the principle of which is that solid plastic melts and plasticizes under the conditions of heating and screw rotation and pressurization of the extruder, and continuous plastic products with the same cross-section as the mouth mold are produced through the mouth mold with a specific shape of the plastic mold. Plastic molds are mainly made of carbon structural steel and alloy tool steel.
